New Saint Andrews College files complaint against City of Moscow

New Saint Andrews College filed a civil rights complaint with the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

The college accuses the City of Moscow of religious discrimination through their decision to impose land-use laws.

The City of Moscow has not formally been informed of the lawsuit, but obtained a copy and is currently reviewing the complaint and its allegations.
